Our journey began in 1970, when Late Shri Parbhu Dayal Taneja ventured into the ROPP cap business by trading P.P. caps from other states and supplying them to various clients across Delhi. As demand grew, he took a pioneering step by importing machinery and setting up Delhi’s first manufacturing unit for ROPP caps.

Lt. Sh. Prabhu Dayal Taneja
Founder
A visionary and pioneer, Late Shri Prabhu Dayal Taneja laid the foundation of the ROPP cap industry in Delhi. He established Delhi’s first manufacturing unit and developed numerous sizes of P.P. caps tailored to various bottle necks. With an in-house tool room and deep expertise in packaging, he was relentless in his pursuit of perfection—leaving no stone unturned to develop the ideal cap for every application.
Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja
Proprietor
Following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja gained extensive knowledge of P.P. cap manufacturing. He actively supported his father in the growth and expansion of the business. Upon taking full charge, he led the company into a new era of development, significantly expanding operations and capturing a major share of the market through innovation and leadership.
Mr. Yatin Taneja
MD
Representing the third generation of leadership, Mr. Yatin Taneja joined the family business in 2013, bringing with him a strong academic background including BBA, B.Com, MBA, and a Certification in Industrial Accounting. Prior to joining M.S. Industries, he gained valuable experience working with well-known organizations such as Tanishq, Energetic India Private Limited, and Concentrix (formerly IBM).
